Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens with the information you share on this website. The short version: we only use it to review your application and to talk to you about AI Revenue Lab. We don't sell it, and we don't track you with cookies.

Who we are

The controller of your data is [mplify legal entity name, address, company number], represented by Niels Chabot and Alexis Martial. Questions? Email hello@mplify.xyz.

What we collect, and why

• Your application: name, role, work email, optional phone and LinkedIn, company details and your answers about your challenge. We use this to assess whether AI Revenue Lab is a good fit, to contact you for a fit conversation and to organise the day. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a participation agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• Optional updates: only if you tick the box, we may email you about future mplify Labs. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Anonymous visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Your day/night choice: stored only in your own browser (local storage), so the page remembers your preference. It is never sent to us.

Please don't include customer names, contact lists or confidential records in your answers.

Where your data is stored

Applications are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). The website is served by Cloudflare. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements. Only Niels and Alexis can access applications.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to 12 months after the event, so we can follow up and plan future editions. After that we delete them, unless you've joined as a participant, in which case we keep what we need for our administration.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use at any time by emailing hello@mplify.xyz. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
