Participation terms

AI Revenue Lab is small by design: four companies, a lot of preparation, and a group that relies on everyone being there. These terms keep it fair for all participants.

1. Applying

Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. Every application is followed by a fit conversation. We may decline an application or place it on a waitlist, for example to avoid competitors in the same group.

2. Confirming your seat

Your seat is only confirmed when we send you a written confirmation (by email) and you accept it. These terms, including the no-show fee, apply from that moment.

3. Participation is complimentary

The founding edition is free of charge. In return, we ask you to prepare with us before the day (challenge, KPI, data sample) and to attend with the agreed people.

4. Commitment and no-show fee

A confirmed seat is a commitment: the group is built around your company and your challenge, and we prepare the day with you.

Can't make it yourself? Send a colleague in your place. Just let us know who, so we can brief them.

If your seat is confirmed and nobody from your company attends on the day, [mplify legal entity] will invoice a no-show fee of €1,500 (excl. VAT) to your company. This covers the preparation and the seat another company could have used.

There is no fee if we change the date or cancel the event.

5. Date and venue

The event is planned for Thursday 26 November 2026 in Antwerp. The date and venue are still to be confirmed. If the date changes and nobody from your company can attend the new date, you can withdraw without any fee.

6. Your data and confidentiality

You only share a small, agreed sample of data, and you decide what's shared. Participants agree to treat what they hear from other companies during the day as confidential. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
